We are proud to have amassed a prestigious collection of projects under our belt to date, and continue to be involved in several large scale refurbishments in Glasgow, Edinburgh and beyond. Here are just a few we have previously worked on.
Quartermile For The University Of Edinburgh
Stone restoration and conservation of the previous Edinburgh’s Old Royal Infirmary, a Category A listed building at the heart of the Quartermile development in the city centre, is to be the setting for a new facility for Edinburgh University.
Atlantic Square
Occupying a strategic position in the heart of Glasgow’s International Financial Services District, Atlantic Square is a 300,000sq ft office and residential development with ground floor retail and leisure.
Designed to incorporate a retained façade on the western side of the site the development provides 284,000sqft of modern, contemporary office space in two buildings with residential and retail space in a third building fronting onto Argyle.
CBC Stone Restoration & Conservation Limited are carrying out the stone restoration and conservation works to the existing listed façade on the James Watt Street elevation.
Dean Castle
Redevelopment and restoration of Garde A listed building in Kilmarnock. To include rotworks, M&E upgrade, slating, lead and restoration and conservation of stonework to complete castle.
Paisley Town Hall
Restoration and conservation work to elevations, stone balustrade and chimneys of this Grade A listed building.
Kelvinside Academy
External restoration and conservation of stonework, lead and slating to this Grade A listed building.
One Devonshire
Paint removal and then stone restoration and conservation of the stonework to this Grade B Listed terrace.
Crown Circus
Carried out the external refurbishment of the properties, to include paint removal, rotworks, stone restoration and conservation, leadworks and slating.
